60 Days of Fitness Challenge

Kicking off my own challenge to myself because I keep starting…then stopping. And starting again…then stopping.
As disappointing as it is, I’m not gonna give up. I am soon 60 days of fitness. No junk food, fried foods, soda, juice…etc. And I will do some form of exercise every single day. I know it will be a challenge, but I think it will be exactly what I need to discipline myself and get my life on the right track.

I’ve never reached my weight loss goal. I’ve gotten close and gained the weight back slowly. This time, I am going to get it off and keep it off. What better way to motivate myself than focusing on summer 2013 and the Beyonce concert. She is one of my idols in fitness and hard work and I will be seeing her for the first time this summer. 🙂 Watch me work because I promise you, I will succeed this time.
