Hello Ladies and Gents! This is one of my favorite videos that I use to workout to when I am unable to go to the gym. This video is will provide you with a great cardio workout if you do it about 3 times. In addition to great cardio, this workout is fun and makes you forget that you are working out! While you are doing this workout, pretend that your in the video with Beyonce as your back up dancer. Have a fit day!
