Summary of week 2

Week 2 of Operation Flat Belly was a success!!!

I stayed under my 1500 calorie goal 4 out of 7 days which is an improvement from last week. And I worked out 6 days out of the week. When Sat rolled around had no desire for a huge cheat meal. I was satisfied with a couple of glasses of Pepsi. 🙂 As a result, I lost 1 more pound than I did last week. In week 3, I plan on decreasing the amount of fat I take in each day and trying to make my daily workouts more intense. I also wanna focus more on core and glute work.

WEEK 2 SUMMARY

Lost 2.2 pounds

  • Sunday 1/8 – Didn’t Track. Didn’t Work out.

  • Monday 1/9 – 1840 calories and 83g fat
  • 2 Workouts – 1 hour 30 minutes

  • Tuesday 1/10- 1868 calories and 70g fat
  • 1 Workout – 1 hour

  • Wednesday 1/11 – 1089 calories and 39g fat
  • 2 Workouts – 1 hour 30 minutes

  • Thursday 1/12 –1334 calories and 28g fat
  • 2 Workout – 50 minutes

  • Friday 1/13 – 1449 calories and 30g fat
  • 2 Workouts – 1 hour 20 minutes

  • Saturday 1/14 – 1344 calories and 36g fat
  • 1 Workout – 1 hour

WEEK 1: 5 hrs 55 mins of exercise and lost 1.2 pounds

WEEK 2: 7 hrs and 10 mins of exercise and lost 2.2 pounds
