As it states on the back of the bag: Pistachios are the lowest fat and the lowest calorie nut. They’re a good source of fiber and help you to feel fuller, longer. 49 pistachios = 13 potato chips!

Keep a bag at work or on the fridge. It might curb your unhealthy snaking and hunger. Weight loss is a lot about cutting calories. Every little bit helps!
