Quick and Easy Meal of the Day

Here is a quick and easy meal that you can prepare in about 30 minutes. This is one of my go to meals when I coming home from a long day at work and I don’t feel like cooking. Not only is this meal quick, easy and healthy, it is also delicious! This is a meal that you can truly enjoy and not feel sluggish or guilty after eating it!

Grilled Tilapia, Sauteed Asparagus and Mushrooms, and Brown Rice.

Serving Size: 3 oz, Calories: 82, Fat: 1.5g, Carbs: 0g, Protein: 17.1g

 
Sauteed Vegetables:
Serving Size: 1 serving, Calories: 75, Fat: 2g, Carbs: 13g, Protein: 7g
 
Brown, Long-Grain Rice:
Serving Size: 1 cup, Calories: 216.5, Fat: 1.8g, Carbs: 44.8g, Protein: 5g
 
Total Calories= 373.50
Total Fat= 5.3 g
